...Listening for a Littleman who is upstairs and not making any noise. That spells TROUBLE!
...Adding to our Xmas decor very slowly.
...Waiting for packages to arrive in the mail so I can start wrapping that shiz.
...Wearing a grey Hanes sweatshirt. They really are the coziest.
...Eating pumpkin cookies and really glad I doubled up on the chocolate chips.
...Cleaning laundry, bleh!
...Smelling cinnamon and clove candles. Yummy stuff.
...Thinking about what I am going to wear for a party on Thursday.
...Feeling very excited about said party. I need a GNO so bad!
...Shopping for the nice people on my list. Only have two more to go.
...Talking to my mom on the phone and making Xmas Eve plans.

...In bed with a little plugged nose soaking up the quiet before my baby wakes up.
...Sleeping with the windows open to let in cool night/morning air.
...Craving the cookie dough that is sitting in the fridge.

...Admiring my red painted toes because that hasn't happened for about 18 months.
...Missing my man. Of the next 10 days he is working 9.
...Looking forward to beautiful, cloudy weather.
...Watching the baby monitor and sighing with relief when baby simply rolls over and goes back to sleep.

...Wearing a sweater and shorts much like this because its spring-transition weather.

...Being tucked in by my 15 month old, when I should be trying to get him down for a nap.

...Itching at a nasty cold sore. I hate you, I hate you, I hate you!!!

...Wishing I could make up a batch of my cookies, but the dough must refrigerate for an eternity first.

...Debating about sticking in another disk of Gilmore Girl episodes. 

...Not ready to give up nursing, but Littleman has other ideas. It makes me sad. 

...Charging my phone because I forgot to do it last night and the battery is dead, dead, dead. 

...Singing along to the Pitch Perfect Original Movie Soundtrack. Its pretty fun.
...Saying No! ten thousand times as my Littleman keeps trying to dance on the couch. No!

...Resigned to clean up all of the Legos scattered around our downstairs floor, but not right now. 

...Nursing the last of my Kleenex hoping this illness is finally over. 

...Excited to have had the sun shining all day! I can see some grass beneath all the white stuff. 

...Looking forward to a long weekend of having Superman home!

...Watching yet another Harry Potter movie. They will all be on repeat until Halloween arrives. 

...Thinking about what I will do with the next three days my husband has off from work. 

...Deciding if I need to iron my denim button up shirt, or just leave it a little wrinkly from the dryer.

...Wearing some stripey, slipper socks Superman got for me last year.

...In bed, but not sleeping. I can't sleep, I should say. My mind is buzzing. Which is why I am here I suppose. 

...Hoping things will work our with our finances this month. 

....Feeling my feet get hotter and hotter with Potts sleeping against them. 

...Listening to the low hum of the ceiling fan. Calming, tranquil, and persistent--just the way I like my fans. 

....Thinking I should not have eaten that second zucchini brownie. Just because it has a vegetable in it does not make them healthy, I am sorry to say. 

...Glad I watched another Harry Potter movie today. They put me in the mood for October.

...Shouting "Hooray October!" and doing a little jig in my mind while my Superman snores next to me. 

...Wondering if I should start reading another book on my Kindle or if I should let it have a rest tonight. 

...Dreading the pile of dishes I get to tackle in the morning. Dishes, probably my least favorite chore next to laundry. 

...Sad that K.B. got his first bloody nose today. He whacked it on the coffee table downstairs and it broke my heart. It was only little, and I know it was the first of many, but still--I do not like it!

...Excited for fall. I cannot wait to have my over the knee boots say hello to crispy fall leaves. 

...Not wearing any socks. Do any of you wear socks to bed? I can't stand it!

...Sitting amidst a pile of crumpled Kleenex, all of them used by K.B. and myself.

...Sipping at the hot cider from my extra large, white mug that must be held with both hands.

...Watching the first Harry Potter movie and remembering back to the first time I saw it in theaters.

...Wearing black and white striped socks, holey jeans, a yellow T, and my grey cardigan.

...Waiting for my phone to buzz and tell me someone is coming to rescue me from this house.

...Wishing I were well enough to attend our regional church conference.

...Feeling like the skin around my eyes is as bruised as a serpents head.

...Thinking the scratch in my throat is the worst form of torture.

...Propped up with pillows and watching my Littleman sleep. Lucky!

...Craving a good mug of soup.

... Not liking the smoke clouding my blue sky. Apparently it is from Washington state.

...Sweating from mowing the not so large lawn, but feeling good about how green my grass is looking now that summer is nearly over.

...Watching K.B. make a wreck of the living room floor; spreading his toys (and things that are not really toys, but being played with all the same) all across the carpet.

...Wishing I had the oomph to get off the couch and grab a glass of ice cold water. Maybe in just one more minute. 

...Wearing sock that do not match. The style is the same, the color is not. This happens all too often.

...Thinking about lunch. Leftovers or cereal? Both prospects are sounding fairly grim.

...Missing Bear Lake. Summer is nearly over and I have not had nearly enough lake time this year.

...Feeling grateful for the friends and neighbors I have. Had a lovely garden party as a RS Activity last night and it was good to see them.

...Awestruck that my hubby managed to melt a cutting board last night while making Mac n' Cheese. Did he need the cutting board to make Macaroni and Cheese? I think not. It now has the electric stove top permanently melted into the surface. Good thing it was just the white one and not my favorite red one.

...Feeling a little silly that I have a favorite cutting board.
